Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious new colleague to join our expanding sales team in Denmark, from where we focus mainly on the European and Middle Eastern markets.
 

The job

As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales of our cylinder lubrication systems for 2-stroke marine diesel engines on designated markets.
You will be an important part of our Sales Team.

Our customers include ship owning companies, technical management companies and engine manufactures. Our
usual point of contact is technical directors, technical managers and Superintendents.

The key to your success in the job is your ability to close a deal.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  • Sales management and achieving our sales quotas on designated markets.
  • Ensure sales force effectiveness and pipeline management.
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management and you.
  • Responsible for the sale of all new projects on your designated markets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

A yearly travel activity of around 70 working days are to be expected.

Your profile

You are motivated by international sales - and are able to facilitate the sales process from the initial talks with the customer, through technical presentations and commercial negotiations to the final result: a signed contract.

You have sales experience – preferable from technical and/or project sales in an international environment.

You must have a flair and understanding of both technical and commercial project sales.

Key characteristics about you:

  • Previous experience from technical/project Sales.
  • International work experience.
  • Account management skills.
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strongly result oriented with high discipline. 

You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. However, our company language is Danish.

Hans Jensen Lubricators is an innovative company, who develops, sells, produces and installs patented cylinder lubricators for large 2-stroke marine diesel engines, used as main engines in some of the largest vessels in the world.
